I’ve always been drawn to understanding people on a deeper level—how they think, what they feel, and what holds them back from the life they want. That passion led me to earn my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health from Jacksonville University and dedicate my career to helping clients make sense of their emotions and challenges in a way that feels practical and empowering.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mind-body approaches to help clients uncover what’s keeping them stuck and build healthier ways to manage stress, self-doubt, and emotional ups and downs. My goal isn’t to tell you what to do—it’s to help you reconnect with yourself, trust your own decisions, and feel more in control of your life.

Outside of my work at GHCS, I love hunting for unique thrift finds, diving into books (three or four a month, at least!), and staying active. I also believe that good food is one of life’s greatest joys, so I’m always on the lookout for my next favorite sushi spot.
