Olivia Enriquez
Client Care Specialist
I am a university student studying criminology and juvenile delinquency and have lived in Houston my whole life. I have a love for animals and people alike and want to do what I can to help those in need. I have always wanted to work somewhere where I am able to make a difference and be someone people can rely on. I think here at GHCS we are able to change lives in each area of the practice. Growing up I had a large group of friends and myself included who struggled with mental health and did not have easy access to resources to help. I wanted to be someone who could advocate and help provide those resources to those in need.
I received my associate's degree in criminal justice from Lone Star College, and I am attending University of Houston- Downtown to complete my bachelor's in criminal justice. I intend on pursing my master's in 2026 studying criminal related psychology. I always try to approach every call or interaction with being mindful and understanding. I am always trying to find the best solution to accommodate and make sure we get people the services they need. My professional dream is to work in some type of Juvenile counseling or preventative crime analytics to see if providing better resources to children can help deter criminal behavior.
Outside of GHCS you can find me playing with my dogs or going on walks with my friends or family. I like to disconnect from things and be present in nature and with the people I love. During my time off I am usually finding cool activities to do in and out of state, I especially love rock climbing/hiking, farmers markets, and any kind of performative arts.
